If an item is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local Post Office immediately and check with any of your neighbors.
~ If you placed a sticker/bookmark order with the free shipping (no tracking) option, you have up to 1 month since the package being marked as shipped to claim any damage, lost package, or issues with your order to apply for a refund or replacement. If you contact me after 1 month of your order being marked as shipped, I will not issue a refund or send a replacement.
