~ I will not make any order cancellation after 24 hours have passed since the orde has been placed. Please check the processing time before ordering, especially during the holiday season.
~ If you placed an order with tracking number, you have up to 7 days to claim any damage or issues with your order to apply for a refund or replacement. If an item is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local Post Office immediately and check with any of your neighbors.
~ If you placed a sticker/bookmark order with the free shipping (no tracking) option, you have up to 1 month since the package being marked as shipped to claim any damage, lost package, or issues with your order to apply for a refund or replacement.
